Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company has not generated any sales revenue during the current or preceding financial year. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which is dependent upon the continued financial support of the directors. The directors have confirmed that they will continue to make available such funds as are required to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due, and that they do not intend to demand repayment of existing loans until the company is in a position to do so. Subsequent to the reporting date, the company has secured contractual agreements which are expected to generate future income. The directors therefore consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.
