The Company remained under the control of Mr C Ferguson for the duration of the financial year to 29th December 2024. During the year to 29th December 2024 the company made further net loans of £28,967 to Mr C Ferguson resulting in the company being owed £36,888 as at 29th December 2024 (2023:£7,921). As of 30th June 2025 £30,000 of the loan was repaid leaving a balance of £6,888. The company paid dividends of £16,000 to Mr Ferguson during the financial year to 29th December 2024.

The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
