The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period a Director had a loan account with the company. At 31 December 2023 a Director owed the company £2,165. During the year the company provided further loan advances of £26,713 and the director made repayments of £20,082. At 30 December 2024 the Director owed the company £8,796.
Additional Disclosures
During the year the company has undergone conversion from FRS102(1a) to FRS105. The comparative statement of financial position and statement of profit and loss has been restated to be consistent with the framework under FRS105.
