Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

Advances

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 January 2024, the balance owed the company was £34,007. During the year £703 was advanced to the director and £5,500 was repaid by the director. At 31 December 2024, the balance owed to the company was £29,210.

At 1 January 2023, the balance owed to the company was £28,733. During the year £5,274 was advanced to the director and £0 was repaid by the director. At 31 December 2023, the balance owed to the company was £34,007.
