| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, as modified by the recognition of certain financial assets and liabilities measured at fair value. |
| Going Concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have reviewed and |
| considered relevant information in making their assessment and are of the opinion that the company will |
| continue to be able to meet its financial commitments for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, based on the continuing support of the Directors and connected companies. |
| Key source of estimation, uncertainty and judgement |
| In applying the Company's accounting policies, the directors are required to make judgements, estimates and |
| assumptions in determining the carrying amounts of assets and liabilities. The directors' judgements, estimated and assumptions are based on the best and most reliable evidence available at the time when the decisions are made, and are based on historical experience and other factors that are considered to be applicable. Due to the inherent subjectivity involved in making such judgements, estimates and assumptions, the actual results and outcomes may differ. |
| The estimates and underlying assumptions are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Revisions to accounting |
| estimates are recognised in the period in which the estimate is revised, if the revision affects only that period, or in the period of the revision and future periods, if the revision affects both current and future periods. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Investment property |
| The investment property is presented within the financial statements at it's most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in the profit or loss. |
| Financial instruments |
| Financial assets and financial liabilities are recognised in the balance sheet when the company becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the instrument. |
| Trade and other debtors and creditors are classified as basic financial instruments and measured at initial recognition at transaction price. Debtors and creditors are subsequently measured at amortised cost using the effective interest rate method. A provision is established when there is objective evidence that the company will not be able to collect all amounts due. |
| Financial liabilities and equity instruments issued by the company are classified in accordance with the substance of the contractual arrangements entered into and the definitions of a financial liability and an equity instrument. An equity instrument is any contract that evidences a residual interest in the assets of the company after deducting all of its liabilities. Equity instruments issued by the company are recorded at the proceeds received, net of direct issue costs. |

| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Profit and Loss Account, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |

| 10. | Related party disclosures |
| During the year the company entered into routine transactions with companies under common control, comprising rental income of £230,000 (2023: £230,000) and interest income of £108,027 (2023: £108,027). Loans with these entities are unsecured and are repayable in line with agreed terms. Some loan balances are interest-free and others carry interest with normal commercial terms. |
| As at the year end, total amounts owed to companies under common control was £1,349,970 (2023: £1,905,036). This balance comprises of both amounts receivable and payable, as presented |
| accordingly within the Balance Sheet. |
| As at the year end, the company owed the Directors of the company £579,900 (2023: £949,900). These loans are unsecured and repayable on demand. No interest was charged on this balance. |
