Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (2023: 0).

2. Guarantees and other financial commitments

   The Company is reliant on the ongoing support of various group companies via the provision of services on a commercial arms length basis but with extended credit terms. Were this support to be withdrawn prior to the Company generating sufficient commercial revenues to procure services similar to those being provided, it would have a material adverse impact on the Company. The balance owed to group undertakings at the Balance Sheet date is £138,732. The directors do not have any indication that this support will be withdrawn in the forseeable future.

For the period ending 30 September 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2024 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with micro-entity provisions and with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime. The income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
