| During the year, the company made a loan of £5,000 to Yew Tree SL1 Ltd, a company in which J Nijjar, the company director, owned 50% of the issued share capital. The agreed rate of interest on the loan is 10% per annum. |
| 4. | OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS |
| Before the year end, the company exchanged contracts for the purchase of a freehold property for £500,000 plus related costs of £42,852. The purchase was completed on 6 January 2025 and is subject to a mortgage of £375,000 with the remainder of the costs being paid separately. |
