During the financial year, the company transitioned its accounting framework from FRS 102 Section 1A to FRS 105. The decision to adopt FRS 105 was made following the company's cessation of trading in May 2023, as the company now qualifies as a micro-entity under the Companies Act 2006.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors are currently reviewing the company’s future prospects and have not yet decided whether the company will resume trading in the future.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
