Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Reclassification of comparative amounts

In the prior year, the company restated its financial statements to correct an error in the classification of a bank loan advanced in 2019. The loan had previously been credited to the directors' loan accounts rather than recorded as a liability to the bank. The comparative figures for the year ended 31 December 2023 have therefore been presented on the restated basis.
