3	Related party transactions

Creditors include an amount of £97,416 due to Mrs Claire Nita. This is interest free and repayble on demand.

For the financial year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
