For the period ended 29 December 2024 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the income statement in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Flight Club Darts (France) Limited is a private company, limited by shares, and incorporated in England and Wales. The Company's registered number is 12321119 and registered office address is 56 Upper Street, London, England, N1 0NY.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the period was 0 (2023: 0).

5.	Controlling party

The Company's immediate parent undertaking is Flight Club Darts Interim Limited.
The smallest and largest group of which the Company is a member and for which consolidated accounts are prepared is Flight Club Darts Limited. Copies of these accounts are available from Companies House.
It is the opinion of the directors that there is no single ultimate controlling party.
