The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 10 (previous period: 12).
Non-Capital Commitments
The company has entered into total financial commitments with regards to operating leases of £4,648 (2023: £30,960).
Additional Disclosures
Included within creditors due over one year is £125,749 invested in the company on an interest free basis. These monies are a long term investment and there is no scheduled repayment date. Due to this, the contracts in place with the company for the next 12 months and the measures taken at the end of the financial year to improve the company's position, the directors consider that although the balance sheet is showing a negative position at the year end, the company is still a going concern.
