| At the balance sheet date, the director, Mr G Hamdi, owed the company £10,000 (Feb 2024 £19,100) as a resut of a short term loan from the company. This amount was repaid within 9 months of the balance sheet date. |
The director paid a dividend when there were unknowingly insufficient reserves. The director
undertakes not to make any further distributions until there are reserves available for this purpose. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
