During the year the Wisdom in Practice Group Limited, the parent company, wrote off the intercompany loan of £926 owed by Advisory 101 Limited.

Going concern

The company has ceased trading and the directors have decided to take steps to close the company. The financial statements are not therefore prepared on a going concern basis and the carrying value of any assets have been reviewed by the directors for any potential impairment and are stated at their recoverable value.
