For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.

Accounting policies
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Investment property
Investment property is included at the original purchase cost, which is currently considered to be a fair market value. There is a secured loan from Investbridge Capital (UK) Ltd on the property repayable on 21st April 2024. There is no expectation of sale of the property, so there is no deferred taxation provided.

Loan outstanding of £3,315,000 (2023 - £2,820,000) to the Family Francis Fund, who are also shareholders in Xetrov Group Ltd. The loan is repayable 12 April 2025, and interest is at 17.5% per annum. The lender holds a debenture with fixed charge over the investment property and floating charge over the assets.

The company charged rent to Xetrov Energy Ltd of £250,000 (2023 - £250,000), a fellow subsidiary within Xetrov Group Ltd. The company is owed £435,553 (2023 - £185,563) by the parent company, Xetrov Group Ltd.
