| During the year, Totus RPO Limited received a further £3,619 loan from Corriculo Ltd. At the year end, the Totus |
| RPO Limited owed Corriculo Ltd £17,119 which is included within other creditors. No interest has been charged on |
| this balance and the loan is repayable on demand as there are no fixed repayment terms. Corriculo Ltd is owned by |
| Jonathan Campion and Graham Bruce, who are the directors of Totus RPO Limited and control Corriculo Group |
| Limited, Corriculo Ltd and Totus RPO Ltd. |
