Guarantees

The following personal guarantees have been provided in relation to the financial obligations of the company:

Mr Keiron York, a director of the company, has provided a personal guarantee in favour of New Wave Capital Limited, as security for the company’s borrowings. This guarantee remains in place as of the balance sheet date and continues to cover all outstanding liabilities under the loan agreement between the company and New Wave Capital Limited.

The personal guarantee is a continuing obligation and remains in effect until all liabilities under the respective loan agreement are satisfied or discharged in full. As of 31 December 2024, the total outstanding balance of the loan covered by the guarantee is £2,530.

The company has not incurred any costs or made any payments under these guarantees to date, and no provisions have been made in respect of these guarantees in the financial statements as the director considers the likelihood of default to be remote.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
