We have received funding from Bromley and Greenwich Mind Charity and expanded our organisation free mental health support to South East London. We ran a mental health support online digital campaign from May-Dec 2024 and in-person psychoeducational workshops with therapist panel discussions. We continued to offer a newly launched service offering free 30 minute therapy sessions to members with qualified therapists. 30 minute free therapy sessions - 25 members WhatsApp Members offering peer-to-peer support - 89 members Psychoeducational workshops and therapist panel discussion events number of participants.
In Q2 2024, we ran a stakeholder research Zoom meeting for South East London location specifically Bromley and Greenwich to gain insights from stakeholders and mental health service users to help us decide the best types of activities to motivate participants to take up free mental health support as part of our organisation. We continue to develop our database across the London boroughs.
