The amounts presented in the financial statements, including the related notes, are not entirely comparable as the period runs from1st July 2023 to 31st December 2024.

The average number of persons, including directors, employed by the company during the Period was as follows:

On 14 July 2023, the company acquired 11,165,000 Ordinary £1 shares in PJS Cashco Limited from a related company, PJS One Limited, in exchange for the issue of 11,165,000 Ordinary shares of £1 each in The Wilverley Estate Limited.

On 19 July 2023, PJS Cashco Limited carried out a share reduction of 11,164,999 of its Ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid, which were credited to its profit and loss account and an interim dividend was paid out, which has been received as cash in the bank. The investment has subsequently been impaired through the profit and loss account to agree the remaining investment value.

On 3 September 2024, PJS Cashco Limited was dissolved and the remaining investment of £1 has been written off to the profit and loss account.

The Wilverley Estate Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is c/o Dormobile Ltd, 38 Romsey Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SO43 7AR.

For the Period ended 30 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the Period in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The director of the company has elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
