Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 section1a Small Entities, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Northern Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

Tell My Story Ltd is a company limited by guarantee and has no share capital, it was incorporated in England and Wales, registered number 14234259. The registered office is 25 Combermartin Road,London, SW18 5PP. The company had no further trading towards the end of 2023 and did no further trade in 2024 and there is no further trade intended for the company as it has ceased operations.
Every member of the company undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company in the event of a winding up such an amount as may be required not exceeding £1.
The members have taken a distribution in specie of the members funds from the company.
