Additional information

In 2024 we reached 280 young people and 35 women across Camden and London, introducing a new 2-part school workshop model, creative aromatherapy activities, and a tailored menopause course for Bengali women in partnership with a GP. Our work builds confidence, improves knowledge, breaks down taboos, and provides practical skills for self-care, with a focus on supporting underserved communities. As one teen participant said: “It was good to be able to ask any question and not feel embarrassed. Everyone should learn about periods.” We are working on reaching further schools and communities within London and the surrounding in the next two years through additional educational resources.
