Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen not to file a copy of the company's profit and loss account.

• 1. Accounting policies

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

  Other accounting policies

  Cash and cash equivalents Cash and cash equivalents comprise cash at bank and in hand, and short-term deposits with an original maturity of three months or less from the date of acquisition. They are readily convertible to known amounts of cash and subject to an insignificant risk of changes in value. Creditors Creditors are recognised initially at the transaction price and subsequently measured at amortised cost, using the effective interest method where applicable. Profit and loss account The profit and loss account represents cumulative profits and losses net of dividends paid and other adjustments.
