Mother Property Ventures Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Biscuit Building, 10 Redchurch Street, London, E2 7DD.

These are the first financial statements of the company and cover the period from incorporation on 7 March 2024 to 31 December 2024. Accordingly, the results presented are for a period of less than twelve months.

The company has not traded during the Period ending or the preceding financial period. During this time, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore no Profit and loss account is presented in these financial statements.
