1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
No advances, credits or guarantees were given by the company on behalf of the directors for year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: nil).
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
