| The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the members in respect of the LLP's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the LLP is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Statement of Comprehensive Income and certain other primary statements and the Members' Report are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Seacroft Films LLP for the year ended 31 December 2024 which comprise the Statement of Comprehensive Income, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation of Members' Interests and the related notes from the LLP's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

| 1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |
| Seacroft Films LLP is registered in England and Wales. The LLP's registered number and registered office address can be found on the General Information page. |
| The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£). |
| 2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis. |
| Going concern |
| The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The company continues to rely on the support of both its members and related parties. They have all maintained such support since the year end and the members expect this to continue. |
| Accordingly the members believe that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis. |
| Investments in subsidiaries |
| Fixed asset investments are initially recorded at cost, and subsequently stated at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. |
| Listed investments are measured at fair value with changes in fair value being recognised in profit or loss. |
| Members' participation rights |
| Members' participation rights are the rights of a member against the LLP that arise under the members' agreement. |
| Members' participation rights in the earnings or assets of the LLP are analysed between those that are, from the LLP's perspective, either a financial liability or equity, in accordance with section 22 of FRS 102. A members participation rights including amounts subscribed or otherwise contributed by members, for example members capital, are classed as liabilities unless the LLP has an unconditional right to refuse payment to members, in which case they are classified as equity. |
| All amounts due to members that are classified as liabilities are presented within 'Loans and other debts due to members' and where such an amount relates to current year profits, they shall be distributed to the members current account according to the Limited Liability Partnership deed. Undivided amounts, that are classified as equity are shown within 'Members' other interests'. Amounts recoverable from members are presented as debtors and shown as amounts due from members within members' interests. |
| Once profits have been allocated in favour of members, any undrawn profits remaining at the reporting date are shown as 'Loans and other debts due to members' to the extent they exceed debts due from a specific member. |
