The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true

During the year, the ultimate controlling party was M O'Hare by virtue of his shareholding in the company.

Subsequent to the year-end, the 1 ordinary share in the company was acquired by Thebookingroom Group Limited. M O'Hare remains the ultimate controlling party.
