Particulars of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
At the beginning of the year the directors owed the company £111,492. During the year, net repayments of £4,238 were paid leaving a balance of £107,358 still owing to the company at the year end. The maximum outstanding at anytime during the period was £144,183. Interest was charged on the average outstanding balance.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
