Capital contribution reserve
During the year, the company acquired the trade and certain assets of Tivoli Property Trading Limited. Liabilities totalling £4,049,189 relating to finance obligations, together with balances of £235,798 due to group undertakings and £5,777 of trade creditors, were specifically excluded from the acquisition. These amounts have therefore been removed from creditors and adjusted directly through the capital contribution reserve. The balance is not distributable.
