We have provided a safe space for our Gentlemans afternoon who are dealing with loneliness , Bereavment and Mental Health issues including PTSD. Childrens Art Group Chair Yoga for any age and ability to help Mental Health and Physical Wellbeing. Community Clean Up and Gardening Group. Totally Inclusive, All ages and abilities. Bringing back pride in our community. Community choir, Fully inclusive of all ages, Providing confidence and wellbeing through song. Also performing to the local community. Adult & Children's Pottery Painting, Promoting inclusion and wellbeing. Nit & Natter Group, Sensory Groups for children & Neuro Diverse members of our community.
