For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    The company did not own any tangible fixed assets during the year. Therefore, no depreciation charge has been made.

    Other accounting policies

    a) Income Recognition Income is recognised in the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings when the company is legally entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy. No income was received during the financial year. b) Expenditure Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis. No expenses were incurred during the year.d) Going ConcernThe financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the financial position of the company and believe it is appropriate to continue as a going concern.
