1 Statutory information
Chamberlains Aqua Systems Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 11098150. The registered office is Arena Offices, Threefield Lane, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3LP, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
At the year end the company owed the directors loans to the value of £151,890. (2023 £82,142). £78,885 was owed to Mr. Khaki (2023 £36,681), £69,742 was owed to Mr Sadr (2023 £45,461) and £3,263 was owed to Dr Siabi-Shahrivar (2023 NI) . These loans are interest free and are not repayable within a period of 12 months from the date that the accounts are signed by a director.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 6 (2023: 4).

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
