The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made loans to the Directors, repayable on demand and interest free. The maximum loan to Mr A Simionescu during the year was £6,911 and the amount outstanding at the year end was £2,000. The loan was fully repaid by 25 September 2025. The maximum loan to Mrs A I Simionescu during the year was £7,025 and the loan was fully repaid by the year end.
Non-Capital Commitments
At the year end the company had total commitments under operating leases of £26,318 (2024: £22,402) net of recoverable VAT.
