Company activities and impact

The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to ensuring a well-maintained public park that promotes and conserves it’s social, cultural and environmental nature. The area is benefitting from the work done by volunteer working parties with help from Horsham District Council (HDC) to manage and improve the Park environment.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are the park community, HDC and other interested parties including the local neighbourhood councils Trafalgar, Denne and Forest as well as other local groups who support other green spaces in the wider Horsham area. Communication and consultation is through regular meetings with HDC and the neighbourhood councils as well as a monthly newsletter to 500 subscribers, social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. An Annual General Meeting is held and open to all stakeholders and the wider public.
