Revenue from sales of goods Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred from work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs. Where employees have accrued short-term benefits which the entity has not paid by the balance sheet date, an accrual is recognised within creditors; amounts falling due within one year together with an associated expense in profit or loss. The liabilities are classified as current obligations in the statement of financial position because they are expected to be settled wholly within twelve months after the end of the period. Foreign currency translation Transactions in foreign currencies are initially recognised at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of the transaction. At the end of each reporting period foreign currency monetary items are translated at the closing rate of exchange. Company activities and impact

On our community farm we steward 15.5 acres for a range of crops and food and spaces for the local community, providing 160-200 organic veg boxes delivered by bike and a similar volume of produce to 14 shops, restaurants and bakeries around Bath/Bristol area. We run volunteer and open day opportunities for community to connect to nature and to enjoy being part of the farm. We also train new entrant growers and support them to start their own projects, community farms and social enterprises. We have run a wetland project this year modelling nature friendly farming and engaging local people in nature based activities, climate solutions and learning. We donate food boxes every week to local charities including Julian House as part of our CIC mission to make quality food accessible and reach the people that need it. Our farm provides meaningful and enjoyable employment for 6 people and secure land-based livelihoods for our growers. We have received huge community support through 550 local supporters in a crowdfunder campaign and now are proud to be giving back and supplying regular food to our region and creating opportunities for people and land to flourish together.
