	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	Related party transactions

	Directors
	The directors have a joint loan account with the company to assist with cash flow funding. The balance due to the directors at 30 November 2024 was £18,492

	During the year the directors discharged incidental administration costs incurred in retaining the company as a dormant company.


3	Controlling party

	The company is in the control of the directors jointly who are the only members.
