These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with Section 1A of FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.
In accordance with section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the statement of comprehensive income has not been delivered.
The company did not trade during the current period or prior year and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the period ending 3 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:

Notes to the Financial Statements
Period from 1 April 2024 to 3 January 2025
1. General Information
The company is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is Sir Henry Doulton House, Forge Lane, Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5BD, Staffordshire.
2. Statement of Compliance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS102 Section 1A, ' The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland'.
3. Accounting Policies
Basis of Preparation
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis. The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the entity. The financial period was shortened to the 9 month period ended 3 January 2025 to align with the period end date of the Solar Holdings Topco Limited group. The results for the prior period are for the 12 month period to 31 March 2024. The current and prior financial periods are not directly comparable.
Income Statement
The company is dormant as defined by section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure during the current period or prior year and therefore no income statement is presented within these financial statements. There have been no movements in shareholder funds during the current period or prior year.
Judgements and Key Sources of Estimation Uncertainty
Management do not consider the financial statements to contain any significant judgements or estimates.
Financial Instruments
A financial asset or a financial liability is recognised only when the entity becomes a party to the contractual provisions of the instrument. Basic financial instruments are initially recognised at the transaction price, unless the arrangement constitutes a financing transaction, where it is recognised at the present value of the future payments discounted at a market rate of interest for a similar debt instrument. Debt instruments are subsequently measured at amortised cost.

Following the acquisition of Wardell Armstrong LLP on 4 October 2024, the Company's immediate parent company is SLR Consulting Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Solar Holdings Topco Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, is an intermediate parent company. ACOF VI Holdings L.P. owns a majority shareholding of Solar Holdings Topco Limited. ACOF VI Holdings, L.P. is an investment vehicle managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation ("Ares"), a a listed company headquartered in the USA. Ares is a global alternative investment manager offering primary and secondary investment solutions across the credit, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure asset classes.
