1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year were 2 (2024: 2).

3.	Director Advances Credits Note At 31/05/2025 the directors owed the company £6. This amount is unsecured, interest free and has no set repayment terms.
