CREDITORS – AMOUNTS FALLING DUE AFTER MORE THAN ONE YEAR
Amounts falling due after more than one year include Directors' Loans of £1,602,877 (2024:
£1,621,877).
The Directors have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of these loans within at least twelve
months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Furthermore, they have agreed to
subordinate their claims to those of the company's third-party creditors. These undertakings have been
given in order to support the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
