In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the accounts of Avanaya Consultancy Limited Limited for the period ended 31 August 2025 as set out on pages 3 to 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given me.

As a practising member firm of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, I am subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at https://www.cimaglobal.com/Professionalism/Ethics/.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Avanaya Consultancy Limited Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 10 April 2024. My work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Avanaya Consultancy Limited Limited and state those matters that I have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Avanaya Consultancy Limited Limited, as a body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Avanaya Consultancy Limited Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for my work or for this report.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including the director) during the period, was 1 (2024 - 1).

For the financial period ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
