NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .
1b. Going Concern
At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months.
The directors therefore consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
1c. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.
No depreciation has been provided for the period.
1d. Investment Properties
Investment properties are included at fair value. Gains are recognised in the income statement. Deferred taxation is provided on these gains at the rate expected to apply when the property is sold.
