The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 6 (previous period: 7).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The Directors' has an outstanding loan balance of £140,790 with the Company that bears interest at 2.25% per annum and is repayable on demand. During the year the loan increased by £140,790.
Additional Disclosures
The previous year's financial statements were prepared under FRS 102 (1A). The directors' consider that FRS 105 gives a reliable and more relevant basis of the preparation of the financial statements for the current and future accounting periods. There were no changes to the amounts included in previous financial statements as all accounting policies at that date were the same under FRS 102 (1A) and FRS 105.
