1 Statutory information
Ross IOW Fabrications Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 10054800. The registered office is 19 Sherwood Road, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5RY.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year a director contributed a total of £10,000 in respect of their company car: A payment of £5,000 was made as a capital contribution towards the purchase of the vehicle. The cost of motor vehicles within fixed assets has been reduced accordingly. A payment of £5,000 was made in respect of fuel costs incurred for private use. This has been recognised as other income, as the reimbursement exceeded the company’s actual fuel expenditure of £2,948 during the year. During the year, the Company made interest-free advances to the directors amounting to £676 (2024 £195). These were payable on demand.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 1).

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
