For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information
BBRC Homes Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 14640420 . The registered office is Desklodge House, 2 Redcliffe Way, Bristol, BS1 6NL.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
After careful review of the company’s financial forecasts and giving due consideration to the working capital available to the company, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore adopted the going concern basis in preparation of the financial statements.

Controlling party:
The company was under the control of and 80% owned by Bristol & Bath Regional Capital CIC (09672937). The investment from the parent company represents the 800 class B ordinary £0.01 shares.
The company was 20% owned and had significant influence by Better Society Capital Limited (07599565). Better Society Captial Limited holds 200 class A ordinary £0.01 shares.
The company was under the control of the directors throughout the period.
Transactions with related parties:
During the period BBRC Homes Limited was charged £166,243 (2024: £34,036) for management fees by Bristol & Bath Regional Capital CIC.
As at 31 March 2025 BBRC Homes Limited was owed £54,094 (2024: £149,868) by Bristol & Bath Regional Capital CIC.
As at 31 March 2025 BBRC Homes Limited trade debtors included £nil (2024: £3,237) owed by Bristol & Bath Regional Capital CIC.
