3. Break Up Basis

The financial statements have been prepared on the break up basis to give a true and fair position at the financial period end date.

The financial statements have been prepared for a period of less than 12 months as the company became dormant from the 1 January 2025. This is the final set of financial statements for the company.

For the period ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
