STATEMENTS

1. For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

Company is limited by guarantee. This company was set up by the developers of Park Place for the property owners (only 4 houses) of the development to manage the communal area running costs. The developer was the only Director until August 2025 when I, Rafael Ivan Campos Valdez, took over on behalf of the other 3 property owners. To the best of my knowledge, as of 31 January 2025, no money has been received from any of the owners.
