Principal Activities

Owning residential property in England and shares in companies that own residential property .

Political and charitable donations

No political donations . The Company donated this year GBP 5,001 to a Charity Friends of Waldren Church Sussex to help fund the building of a toilet .

Additional information

We incurred GBP 5,925 legal and related costs to obtain possesion of one of the houses where rent had not been paid. This with a general rise in rents has enabled gross rent to rise , leading to improved profitability .

  • 7. Post balance sheet events

    We have refinanced the funding of the Company at a fixed rate for Five years of 4.29% pa but a front end fee of 5 % flat has been charged . this will reduce current year profits . Yet we hope to continue our unbroken track record of profitable and tax paying every year since establishment in 2003 .
