| Following the issue of recent guidance from both the Association of Residential Managing Agents and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales the company no longer accounts for service charge income and expenditure on its own financial statements. The guidance makes clear that any such amounts are held on trust by the company on behalf of the lessees and are not part of the company's income, assets or liabilities. |
