During the financial year ended 28 February 2025, Cassio ABC CIC continued to advance its mission of promoting health, fitness, and well-being within the local community through amateur boxing and related activities. The organisation strengthened its commitment to inclusivity, youth development, and community engagement, helping individuals build confidence, discipline, and positive lifestyle habits. Key achievements this year include: -Delivering regular boxing and fitness sessions to more than 180 participants across various age groups, with a particular focus on young people, women, and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. -Expanding partnerships with local schools, youth services, and community organisations to deliver outreach workshops promoting physical activity and mental well-being. -Launching a new mentorship and leadership programme for young boxers, aimed at developing life skills, teamwork, and personal responsibility. -Providing continued free or subsidised training opportunities and access to equipment for participants facing financial hardship. -Hosting community boxing showcases and open days, attracting strong local attendance and fostering a sense of pride, unity, and belonging. Through these initiatives, CASSIO ABC CIC has made a measurable positive impact on community health, social inclusion, and youth development, further establishing itself as a trusted and valued community asset.
During the year ended 28 February 2025, CASSIO ABC CIC engaged with key stakeholders including participants, parents, local schools, community partners, and funding bodies. Feedback was gathered through surveys, meetings, and informal discussions. In response, the CIC introduced more beginner and women-only sessions, extended training hours for youth, and strengthened safeguarding and well-being support. These consultations helped ensure activities remained inclusive and responsive to community needs.
