The purpose of Faith That Works, is a Christian engagement service, that connects Christian professionals together through networking and social events. The primary purpose is to learn from The Bible and apply the teachings and lessons practically, in every area of our lives, especially our working lives. During the financial year 2023/24, the company hosted events that facilitated Christians meeting and networking, to which it can only be assumed, that if these events did not happen, they would have not otherwise met. The networking events created connections that have led to mentorships, insights to career changes and communities.
The stakeholders of the company are the event attendees and suppliers. We have built good relations with venue supplier, who are very supportive and eager to have us host future events. Also food suppliers are mutually enthusiastic about future events and have been able to market and showcase their abilities and gain customers and business. We conducted a survey of the event to which the general consensus was that the initiative was needed on a consistent and monthly basis, featuring different topics and panel speakers. Attendees also commented their appreciation that panel of speakers were relatable and approachable.
