  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105 . The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

    Turnover policy

    urnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable and represents amounts receivable for goods and services supplied in the normal course of business, net of discounts and VAT.

    Turnover from catering services is recognised upon delivery of meals and completion of service contracts.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is charged on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful life of each asset, typically between 3 to 5 years.
